The Railbelt Transmission Organization is a division of the Alaska Energy Authority and is composed of the Alaska Energy Authority, Chugach Electric Association, City of Seward, Golden Valley Electric Association, Homer Electric Association, Matanuska Electric Association and the Railbelt Reliability Committee.
