The Bradley Lake Project Management Committee (BPMC) consists of the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) and the five utilities that purchase the power. The utilities are:
BPMC is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Bradley Lake Project, subject to the non-delegable duties of AEA. All BPMC members have a substantial long-term interest in the project. The responsibilities of the committee evolve in accordance with AEA's ownership of the project, and the purchaser's obligations to pay the project's annual costs and right to use the project's power production. BPMC exists and operates pursuant to the terms of the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Electric Power.
While the committee has no physical office, it does have a mailing address at AEA whose representative is the permanent secretary of the committee:

Regular meetings are held at least quarterly, with the specific date and time to be determined by the committee.
Meetings will be conducted by electronic media pursuant to Alaska Statute 44.83.040(b) at the following location 813 W Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, AK 99503.

The Bradley Lake Project Management Committee is composed of the Alaska Energy Authority and the utilities that purchase the power, Chugach Electric Association, City of Seward, Golden Valley Electric Association, Homer Electric Association, and Matanuska Electric Association.
